SNS Text Scroller
Version 1.04 - Released May 22, 2003
This is an ActiveX control that scrolls one or more lines of text up or down. Some features include fading in
and/or out and translucent squares that bounce around within the control.
- So far, there is no documentation at all for this control, so if you have any questions, please send me an
email.
- You can use the control in any program, commercial or non-commerical. All I ask is that you give me credit
where credit is due and mention my website so people know who I am.
Version 1.04 (Released May 22, 2003)
- Fixed a problem that caused difficulties when TextSpeed was set to a negative value
- Now, when TextSpeed is set to 0, the text can still wrap top to bottom and vice versa when being dragged
Version 1.03 (Released March 12, 2002)
- A new property, called TextAlign was added, so the text can be left or right aligned instead of just
centered; this property works different from most, however (<0=right-aligned;>0=left-aligned;0=centered)

- A new method, called LoadFile, was added for getting the text from a file
- Added an optimization to remove a performance hit that resulted from scrolling large amounts of text

- The Mouse properties (MouseIcon and MouseDragIcon) work now.
